Confirmed: Start Screen Background and IE11 Favorite Sync.

Tom Warren just posted a screenshot of Windows Phone 8.1 in his twitter account, showing a start screen tattoo background. I don't know if it will have animated background just like in Windows 8.1 or just a background, but this will be great as some people ask add background in start screen.

Another info is the ability to sync favorites from IE11, that is already a feature in Windows 8.1.

WMPowerUser also wrote that 3 columns will be optional to smaller screen.
