Symbian 1st and 2nd:
Just go to C:\system\ find mmcstore and open it with notepad (in PC)
Symbian 3rd:
Same as Symbian 1st and 2nd, but C:\SYS\data
Generally memory password is stored in file: mmcstore maybe can work on Symbian 5th, for Anna and Belle user, just try it, but I'm not sure because security system have been increased in Anna and Belle :)
