If your computer has been infected by virus, some of windows features may be disabled like regedit (registry editor) or taskmgr (task manager).
So, first thing that you need for fighting virus is enable you task manager first.
Usually, task manager can be disabled by entering registry editor. But, if virus has disabled this feature too, follow this step:
1. Go to, C:\Windows\system32
2. copy 'taskmgr.exe' to My Document
3. Rename it! For example: to 'explorer.exe'
4. Double Click
