This application is very great. Created by Anonymous at DeviantArt.
You can customize the appearance, e.g. exchange RAM and CPU position, RAM in the left, CPU in the right, etc. You can also change the color of the bar.
This application works perfectly in my Windows 8.1 Preview, and supposed to be working on Windows 8 and Windows 7
