When opening Network and Sharing Center under Control Panel, there is nothing, just a blank page with "The page failed to load". It seems the update process was interrupted or something else happened damage computer system.
The simplest way to solve this problem is:
1. Open Command Prompt
2. Type SFC /scannow
SFC will scan your system and try to fix if problem detected. Problem may be solved after computer restart
