When you see message like that, and you are advised to re-install it, actually it is unnecessary to re-install. This error may occur for user that didn't install his/her Warcraft III (maybe just copy and paste the game). But don't worry, here I write the easiest way:
1. Open REGEDIT
2. Go to: HKEY CURRENT USER, Software, Blizzard Entertainment, Warcraft III
3. Edit, New, String Value. Give a name: InstallPath
4. Double-click InstallPath and type full address of your Warcraft III (Tips: Open Warcraft III folder, right-click the address bar, copy, and paste in regedit)
